Reservations
While our inventory is extensive, reservations are recommended to guarantee availability. A credit card number on file is required to hold any items.
Payment
A credit card number is required to place an order. The full amount is due upon pick up of rentals. If delivered, full payment is taken on credit card the day before unless another form of payment is received prior to delivery. Acceptable forms of payment include credit cards, cash and certified cheques.
Rental Period
Most rates are shown as a one day charge. This includes one day for pick up and use, and one day for return. If you require your equipment for extended times, please contact our sales department for rates. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.
Delivery
Delivery is available at an additional fee. Deliveries are a door to door service. Tables, chairs, dishes, linens and most other equipment will be stacked by drivers upon delivery. Excessive stairs, walking distances, or elevator use will incur additional fees. All equipment must be re-folded and re-stacked as left by the drivers. Set up and knock down service is also available, this service is billed on an hourly rate. Please call our sales office to arrange or order on line.
Condition of Returned Items
Prior to pick up or return, all equipment should be free of food and replaced in their appropriate containers. Linens should be dry and refuse free to prevent mildew and staining. Tables, chairs and other rental items should be gathered in a single location for a convenient pickup.
Responsibility for Equipment
Responsibility for rented items remains with the customer from delivery to return. Customers are responsible for all breakage and lost equipment including containers, with payment due upon return date.
